Fun Coaches Doing Fun Things to Help You on Your Journey:

Coach Karla:

Karla has been working as a kettlebell coach since January 2016. In addition to group kettlebell instruction she coached individual clients in strength training and health coaching. Karla holds a Masters Degree in Music Therapy and prior to entering the wellness industry she worked with adults and adolescents in the mental health field. She received additional training in cognitive behavioral therapy and understands behavior change models.

Coach Belle:

Belle is a lifelong athlete born to play sports. She competed in DI sports for the University of Oklahoma as a pitcher, pitching them to a women’s college World Series in 1981. Her love of running naturally led her to endurance sports and triathlon where she currently competes in Ironman events all over the United States. She loves coaching all three aspects of triathlon (swimming, cycling, and running), and incorporating strength training to keep athletes strong, injury free, and optimizing their performance. She finds purpose, meaning and satisfaction today by sharing my experience to improve and make a profound difference in the lives of those she coaches.
