Lauren Zallis, FOUNDER
My Passion: Making exercise Fun.
My Mission: Coaching the physical, and integrating the mental and emotional, to change People’s Relationship to Health and wellness.
Some call me Lauren, but you can call me Coach Bell-Z. The thing that got me most interested in coaching? Injuries. I have had 6, yes SIX, knee surgeries, and with those, was looking for ways to prolong my soccer career. As a result of this, I have learned to craft my workouts SMARTER, not HARDER. Turns out, that when you exercise with INTENTION, you can achieve much more than the limits your mind places on you. I want to be the one to help guide you there. In addition to my coaching experience, I also hold a master’s degree in counseling, with a specialization in sport and health psychology. The physical, the emotional, and the spiritual are undoubtedly intertwined, and the truth is, you need all three functioning TOGETHER to have optimal health.
"Role models who push us to exceed our limits, physical training that removes our spare tires, and risks that expand our sphere of comfortable action are all examples of eustress—stress that is healthful and the stimulus for growth.”

My Passion: SHOWING AND SHARING MY LOVE OF SPORTS AND FITNESS TO OTHERS
My Mission: TO INSPIRE AND COACH TO AN EXCEPTIONAL STANDARD THAT PUSHES PERCEIVED BOUNDARIES OF PHYSICAL FITNESS TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVELS.
I’m a lifelong athlete born to play sports. I competed in DI sports for the University of Oklahoma as a pitcher, pitching them to a women’s college World Series in 1981.
My love of running naturally lead me to endurance sports and triathlon where I currently continue to compete in Ironman events all over the United States. I love coaching all three aspects of triathlon (swimming, cycling, and running), and incorporating strength training to keep athletes strong, injury free, and optimize performance.
I find my purpose, meaning and satisfaction today by sharing my experience to improve and make a profound difference in the lives of those I coach.

My Passion: challenging traditional health & wellness “rules”
My Mission: Coaching to build physical strength and confidence so my clients can embark on their own wellness journey from the inside out.
I have a long history of being a gym rat. After having two kids and needing more flexibility with work a friend suggested I turn this hobby into a career. So I did! I believe that health and wellness is an individual journey. We each face our own unique wins and challenges along the way for which we are uniquely equipped to embrace. It can be so hard to recognize this with all the outside noise proclaiming what “is” and “is not” healthy. I want to guide you toward what health looks like for you! Working toward health and wellness should feel good not stressful!
"Hating our bodies is something we can learn, and it’s sure as hell something that we can unlearn.” -Megan Jayne Crabbe
